You may edit the adopt/design however you like once purchased.

Should you wish to make edits to the design of the adoptable you have purchased a.k.a. : any of my or any of my collaborator's art, it should be for Personal use ONLY.

I still retain the right to post and use my art. (Your ownership of any character(s) will be credited.) I still retain the right to use the art that you have purchased as future 'commission examples'.

You, the client, may not use any of my art for commercial use unless you have my consent. Please discuss this and any commercial fees with me beforehand. Commercial fees will be priced higher than something purchased for solely personal use. Please contact me if you wish to turn the design and its art into a commercial asset. A Vtuber model, a twitch / youtube / business asset, and so on.

You may use the Artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays. You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the Artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (ie. NOT for sale).

✦ You may only resell the adoptable/design at the price you bought it for or lower.
✦ Any extra art of the adoptable/design can be calculated to increase its price.
✦ The new owner must abide by my TOS all the same.

Clients do not have the right to mint/sell my art for NFTs or involve my art in any Crypto-related projects.

Clients may not use my art for AI learning programs including but not limited to: Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, etc. I do not consent to my art being fed into artificial learning applications and by purchasing any art from me, you agree to abstain from submitting or 'feeding' my art into any such program.

Clients who have commissioned and/or received work before this TOS has gone into effect are still bound to its contents.

Adoptable Designs will either be posted as an Auctionable purchase or a Flatsale purchase.

Auctioned Designs will have a Smallest Bid, Auto-buy, and a Minimum Increase per bid.

Flatsale Designs will be sold for a set price.

Auctions will end at a disclosed time [usually 24 ~ 48 hours unless specified otherwise] after the latest bid as to prevent auction-sniping. The winner of the Auction will be expected to pay the full or an agreed upon amount within 48 hours.

Should the Auction winner fail to respond within 48 hours, the second-highest bidder will win instead.

Paypal only unless specified otherwise.

I will ask for your Paypal Email and send you an Invoice. You may pay from there, please do not send money through other means unless I have specifically requested.

In the case of collaborative adoptables, you will receive two invoices that add up to the total you purchased it for! Please pay both!

Please send payments in form of USD.
You, the client, will be expected to pay in the same currency.

I will not send any files until Payment is received & processed. In the case of an agreed upon Payment plan, I will not send any files until the first payment is made. Minimum dues are to be discussed and any following payment and its amount can be adjusted accordingly via Paypal's [Partial Payment] options.

If a Payment Plan is agreed upon, the Client agrees to follow and provide a reasonable timeline to when they will be able to settle all payments.

Once payment is settled, I'll send you a link with the high-res image(s).

Please note that all of my sales are "Digital Artwork" and it is the Artwork’s "Intellectual Property" that is purchased by you, the Client.

Nothing is ever intended by either me or the Client, to be physically shipped to them.

I am not required ever to ship any item unless it was explicitly discussed.

You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.

If for any reason your PayPal account malfunctions or authorizes a refund request without your knowledge, you must contact me as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.

You are required to contact me when you need to cancel any payments made.

Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting for you as well as your email address, and anyone sharing your PayPal account, including side accounts.

Any payment plans between Client and Artist will be discussed and adhered to via Paypal's partial payment and invoicing policies.

Minimum Dues and an estimate to when the total amount will be paid in full will be discussed between Artist and Client. The Client will be expected to adhere to these agreements and pay the total amount in full.

By commissioning me, you are purchasing my service as an artist only.

Do not ask me to imitate another artist's style. You are commissioning me for my art style and my time.

I will not draw any depictions of hateful or discriminatory content and/or fetish content.

If your character has a complex design, I may charge additional fees on top of the base price. Otherwise, I will likely simplify the details.

If the Client has requested it, Work in Progress screenshots of the art piece will be sent for any corrections or tweaks. Once the piece is completed, you may not ask for any major tweaks; such as changing the pose, changing the design, changing the lighting. Minor tweaks and corrections can be asked for!

Violating my TOS will put you on a blacklist. I will openly warn other artists and sellers about you.
